Andy Forssell | Acting CEO and Senior Vice President of Content Andy Forssell is the acting CEO and senior vice president of content for Hulu where he leads all strategy and operations for the business. In his time at Hulu, Andy has accelerated the growth of the content business from just two content providers in 2007 to more than 460 today, built the distribution business for both Hulu and Hulu Plus, and has led the Company's expansion into original programming. Andy brought to Hulu more than a decade of experience at Siebel Systems and Oracle Corporation where he served in a number of leadership roles including product development, customer care, datacenter operations and supplier management for their hosted CRM software-as-a-service businesses. Andy's career began in the US Army where he served in the Armored Cavalry and achieved the rank of Captain. Andy earned a BS with honors in electrical engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, a BS in Russian studies from the United States Military Academy and an MBA from the Harvard Business School. |

Chadwick Ho | Senior Vice President and General Counsel Chadwick Ho is senior vice president and general counsel of Hulu responsible for all aspects of the company's business and legal affairs. He has more than a decade of experience representing media and technology clients in their corporate and licensing transactions, intellectual property, employment and litigation matters. Prior to joining Hulu, Chad served as vice president and deputy general counsel of MySpace, and vice president of business and legal affairs for Fox Interactive Media after it acquired MySpace, where he provided business and legal advice for their business operations. Before that, Chad served as senior counsel of ABC's Touchstone TV where he negotiated development, production and distribution deals for the studio's primetime programming. He began his career in private practice at Latham & Watkins and O'Melveny & Myers after clerking for the U.S. Court of Appeals, 9th Circuit. Chad received a BA in Psychology with distinction from Stanford University and a JD with honors from Harvard Law School. |

Jean-Paul Colaco | Senior Vice President of Advertising Jean-Paul (JP) Colaco is senior vice president of advertising for Hulu where he leads all aspects of the advertising service, including sales and marketing, operations and advertising product and service innovation. Since joining Hulu in 2007, JP has built the advertising business into a platform that has attracted more than 1,000 advertisers and generated much of the $420 million in annual revenue. Under JP's leadership, the Hulu team has innovated on behalf of the advertising industry by introducing pioneering technologies such as Ad Swap and Ad Selector. Prior to Hulu, JP spent more than 12 years at The Walt Disney Company where he last served as senior vice president of business development reporting to CEO Robert Iger, and was responsible for developing new multi-platform brands for the company. Previously, he was president and general manager of Radio Disney Worldwide, a global music intensive radio network for kids and families. He began his career at McKinsey and Co. where he served as a consultant focused on strategic planning for entertainment and high technology companies. JP earned a BA in economics and a BA in honors in business administration from the University of Western Ontario in Canada. He also received his MBA from Harvard Business School. |

Johannes Larcher | Senior Vice President of International Johannes Larcher serves as Hulu's senior vice president of international and leads Hulu's business outside the United States. In 2011, Johannes led the charge on Hulu's international expansion with the launch of Hulu in Japan. Prior to joining Hulu, Johannes served in a number of internationally focused roles including general manager of international at Overture where he led the international business from initial concept definition to market leadership in 12 countries across Europe and Asia prior to its acquisition by Yahoo! in 2003. He also served as vice president and general manager of international for Friendster. Johannes' background also includes a wealth of online startup and consulting experience, having served as co-founder and CEO of several companies including Academy123, an online education service that was acquired by Discovery Communications, and most recently, Pikum, an online social entertainment company. Johannes is a Fulbright Scholar with an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. |

Tom Fuelling | Senior Vice President and CFO Tom Fuelling is the senior vice president and chief finance officer of Hulu. He joined Hulu with more than 20 years of professional experience in finance, accounting and operations with growth-oriented companies in the media/entertainment and Internet/technology industries. Tom's previous CFO experience includes Ascent Media's Network Services division, a $250M media services business that was part of Liberty Media; ARTISTdirect, Inc., a publicly-traded internet company; Sega Gameworks, a location-based entertainment company; and Village Roadshow Pictures, an independent film entertainment production company. He is a CPA and began his career at Price Waterhouse where he spent nine years in Los Angeles and London. Tom received a BS in business administration from the University of Southern California and his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. |

Pete Distad | Senior Vice President of Marketing and Distribution Pete Distad is the senior vice president of marketing and distribution for Hulu where he is responsible for leading Hulu's efforts in customer acquisition and retention, distribution and marketing partnerships, and content and brand marketing. While at Hulu, his team has succeeded at expanding access to the Hulu Plus subscription service to more than 350 million internet-connected devices (not including PCs), and for growing the Hulu Plus paid subscriber base to more than three million in less than eighteen months. Prior to joining Hulu, Pete was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company where he specialized in sales and channel management, go-to-market, online media strategy, marketing effectiveness and partnership/alliance development. Before McKinsey & Company, Pete was vice president of consulting services for Calence (now Insight), a networking technology services company. Prior to Calence, he was a consultant at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) where he focused on helping clients improve their business processes using technology solutions. Pete graduated magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin where he earned his bachelor of business administration, in management information systems with a minor in computer science. |
